Hi
Julie,

We're
back home and i'm trying to keep the memories of Maui
alive! I was just looking through our photos again,
what a wonderful time we had. We tried to find you at
the Westin but didn't have any luck. I guess there is
more than one Westin? The day after our wedding we went
to the Heavenly Spa at one of the Westins for massages.
It was soooo nice. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet in
person. I just wanted to thank you again for setting
us up with a great vacation. We were just so happy with
the hotel you recommended. Here's a photo of us on Kapalua
Beach. We can't wait to come back!
All
the best to you, Aloha!

Hi
Holly
F.,
I want to thank you for everything you did for us. Our
honeymoon was AWESOME! And you made the process so much
easier. We had an easy time going through the airports
and getting our rental car. The Hotel (Napili
Kai Beach Resort) was great. Everything was not just
exciting, but smooth. I knew I didn't have the money to
do something extremely extravagant but you made "it"
happen for us with what I did have. I just wanted to get
there, so to speak, and I feel that you went above that for
us. We really appreciate it. We had a great time
at the Feast
at Lele Luau you set up for us. Our time there was
outstanding. Front row was nice. Maui was a lot
of fun. We did some extra stuff with some money we received
from our wedding which was nice. So all in all, I'm really
glad I called you. Thank you so much.
Sincerely,

Hi
Holly
F.,
Thank you so much, for helping me, my family, and friends!!
You're awsome!
I think that we are going to book the cruise our self, we
changed the date to Oct. 4th and Ryan is going to
try and get us buddy passes for the air, so we are still up
in the air!! I'm so sorry! :-( But if things
change, I'm callin you!!
I sent out our invitations last Thursday, and I included all
of your contact information! And I'm going to put your contact
info on our wedding website too. So you should be getting
calls pretty soon from other family members!!!
I'll also tell them verbally about you also! Since you have
done such a wonderful job!!
Thank you so much Holly!! You have made our wedding planning
experience so easy and fun!

Thank
You Melissa and Mike!
We had a wonderful experience. The accomodation at Resort
Quest Shores at Waikoloa was outstanding and made the
trip! To return to the peace, quiet and natural beauty was
the perfect close to each exciting day. Bill Meyers, the concierge
at the resort, was very helpful in directing us to attrractions
and restaurants we never would have found on our own.
We would like to thank you for your care and attention.
It is such a pleasure to receive excellent customer service.
(We had visited several travel agents in our home community
and they just didn't seem to care.)
Again THANK YOU. We will be in touch for our next vacation.

We really did have a great trip!! The villa was

The restaurants were wonderful that Michael made reservations

Everyone loved the location and the table!! The trip was
wonderful to Lanai!
Everything was taken care of, thanks to Michael!! He did
a wonderful job!! Also, his recommendation of Mama’s
Fish House was soo right!! We loved it. Our
favorite day was Halloween in Lahaina!! Thanks for telling

Dear
Mimi,
We arrived at home on schedule after a wonderful trip. Everything
went as planned, car rentals were smooth, hotel/condo check in/out
were easy and fast, airline travel went off without a hitch.
Thank you for your service. I think the best thing about
your service was the comfort in your knowledge regarding the lodging.
Each condo/hotel was better than anticipated. The Kamaole
Sands was spacious, quiet, very nice facilities, and across
from a beach/reef that we had a blast swiimming, snorkeling, and
watching sunsets. We liked Kihei and Lahaina the best for
tourist type stuff. Our favorite beach of the whole trip
was a small beach between Homoa and Hana called something like
Kiki or Nini beach. It was awesome and the first time Lydia
swam in any ocean. Kamaole #3 was the first time she ever
snorkeled in the ocean. The best meal we had in Maui was
aboard the Pride of Lahaina for a dinner cruise. Maybe the
ambiance had something to do with it! Walking through the
bamboo forests was awesome in Oheo Gulch up to the 400' waterfalls.
The sounds of the bamboo trees swaying in the wind was not like
anything we had heard before. Snorkeling with the turtles
off Kamaole #3 and 'Turtle Town' off shore from the Maui Prince
Resort was outstanding.
On Hawaii, visiting South Point was my favorite. Lydia and
I both really like the black Sand Beach at Punalu'u (turtles again
of course). Volcano National Park was like walking back
into time and the couple days we spent walking and driving all
over it was cool. Too bad the lava flow was so far into
the forest off the beaten path the cloud cover didn't let us view
it from the viewing areas. We went to a tropical garden just north
of Hilo which was unbelieveable. The Banyan trees on Banyan
drive (and of course the park in Lahaina) were amazing to me.
Coconut Island, adjacent to our hotel's property (the Hilo Hawaiian)
was great for walks, swimming, picnics, sunset viewings, and laying
on our rafts for hours, just floating and staring at the clouds
and blue sky!
Kauai was also a blast. We started out leaving the airport
and heading directly to the Waimea Canyon. We have back-packed
over 110 miles in the Grand Canyon, and this was every bit as
spectacular. In Waimea, we watched sunset on a pier on the
south end of the 17 mile long Barking Sands beach. We met
a fisherman who recommended the Wrangler restaurant in Waimea
for dinner as the best. This was my personal favorite of
every meal we had. IAnother favorite from the quality of
food standpoint was a place called the Fish Shack or House in
the Coconut Market Place, across the street from the Islander
on the Beach Hotel we stayed at. It was the final choice
on our last night for the pick your best spot on this side of
the island for our last eat out night! The reefs on the
north shores of Kauai were our favorites between Maui and Kauai.
Our favorite overall were, in order: #1 Tunnels Beach-awesome
reef close to shore, no waves stirring the inner reef so very
clear (as clear as the Molokini Crater), very easy access.
Simply outstanding and safe, seeing more turtles helped also.
#2 the beach at the Princeville Resort Beach, #3 Ke'e Beach, at
the end of the road, 1 mile past the Haina Park Beach. More
wave action and stronger currents but spectacular fish and views
of the Na Pali Coast. We also saw a Monk Seal sleeping on
the beach at sunset our first time here. The best learning
to surf and body surf/swim beach was the miles of sand and gentle
long breaking waves of the Hanalei Beach. Simply awesome.
Finally, the Na Pali Coast boat tour on a Zodiac raft/boat was
great! We didn't see any whales yet, but next time going
the first part of December would be a priority.
In conclusion, our favorite accommodations in the future would
probably be condos or homes with air conditioning. The hotels
were great, but a little too noisy sometimes, which is what hotels
always do. The spaciousness of condos/homes and the fact
they tend to be quieter I think appeals to us more. In terms
of activities, one advantage we had in living at 7000 ft of elevation,
was the fact no matter how fast, steep or high we climbed, or
how long and hard we swam in the ocean, we recovered extremely
fast. In terms of pace, Maui felt like Southern California
in the cities-faster pace and more crowds. Hilo and southern
Hawaii were much calmer and slower paced, as well as was Kauai
as a whole. Each place had its own charm and things we absolutely
loved to do. The
Hilo Hawaiian was as expected for a late 60's early 70's construction.
Islander on the Beach was really fun, Lydia says cute! The
Tiki Bar at the pool was also a big plus even though we only went
there once.
We had a great time.
Thank you,
K. Friese

| Hi
Melissa/Mimi,
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Kauai
and booking it through your company made it even better.
We had no troubles at all and everything was delightful!
It is the little things that make the difference. An example
would be being able to walk up to Hertz and get our car almost
immediately. We did not have to wait in the long line
since we booked through Classic Vacations. Kiahuna
Plantation was a dream and we would definitely stay there
again. We loved the South Shore! We will definitely
use your company again when we travel and I recommend you guys
to everyone. Our friends just got back from Oahu and they
booked through Classic Vacations.
Thanks so much for everything and I look forward to using your
services in the future!

Aloha
Melissa,
I enjoyed all of my trip! I really liked that all of the
rooms at the Fairmont
Kea Lani on Maui were suites and the bathrooms were nice and
large! I also liked that that the Fairmont had complimentary
washers and dryers on every floor (I didn't have to take a lot
of clothes). I also liked the breakfast buffet at the Fairmont
(a big variety of food).
My family stayed at the Hapuna
Beach Prince Hotel on Kona 2 years ago and liked the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay there this time as well and the staff
kind of looked after me, since I was traveling alone (my sister
backed out of the trip at the last minute). I have 6 weeks
off work and decided to return to Kona and had Mark book a trip
for me at the same hotel, so I leave on October 31. I really like
working with Mark
and he has done a fantastic job!
I hope (God willing) that I can take a trip to Hawaii every year
and will definitely use McCoy Travel for all of my reservations.
Do you book trips all over the world, or are you limited
to Hawaii and the South Pacific?

| Hi
Melissa,
Hawaii
was awesome! We stayed on the Big Island (Hapuna
Prince Hotel), and Kauai (Sheraton).
The good thing about both of these hotels were the beaches!
Food was better in the Big Island Hotel than Kauai. The
breakfast buffet was awesome and I would highly recommend having
this included.
Both
hotels were very nice; especially the Sheraton in Kauai.
I think we had better beaches over more privacy; this wasn't
such a bad thing.
Best
thing to see on the Big Island was Waipio Valley. We went on
our own and you can't go down to the Black Sand unless you have
a Jeep or offroad Vehicle.
Also
it is good to know (we knew this) if people are not interested
in driving and checking out things on their own; they may not
appreciate the Big Island as much. Beautiful, Beautiful
Island. Missed the Helicopter ride to Volcano; they were
booked and we didn't feel like driving to Hilo on our last day.
Tell people to book early if they want choices on location and
time of helicopter rides. I guess the Lava took a turn
and viewing was really good when we were there.
My
husband and I really loved Kauai ; extremely lush beautiful
Isle. We enjoyed the Luau
at the Sheraton. We also did our fair share of exploring
the Island by jeep.
Best
thing on Kauai: The Zodiac trip up to the Napali Coast...Awesome
and worth every penny.
Full
moon on the Big Island...priceless. Lit up the whole Island.
Thanks to Mimi
again, our trip was fabulous.

| Hi
Mark,
I
am having the best time (at Hapuna
Prince) and wanted to thank you for the chocolates!
My nieces and nephew loved them too!
I
am on a 6-week sabbatical from work and don't have to return
to work until November 12. I was planning to go to Europe,
but the dollar is way down and it would probably be quite costly
to go.
I
wanted to know if you could find out how much it would cost
(hotel + car) for a 10 or 12 day trip back to the Big Island?
I really like the Hapuna Beach Prince, since I know it and the
staff have gotten to know me (so I feel pretty safe here).

~ Hawaii Cruise ~ |
| Hi
Faye,
We had a fabulous time. We had the Amethyst Suite. Our
butler Wally , and our Room person, Zaneida, were both
fabulous. Z. made us towel animals every day and
I took pictures of all of them. We were VIP's for sure. We got
all the extras that you arranged for and more. We each
had our own bedroom and bath, and left the patio door open at
night for fresh air. I am not used to AC. We rented
a car in Hilo, Maui and Kauai. The day in Kauai
was so beautiful and we drove all over the island. Napali
coast was so lovely. We went to the Ocean
Center in Maui.. Rita was impressed and thought she
now appreciates the fish. We were invited to a party for VIP's,
and a party for Latitudes. Free drinks and pupus and met
the officers and captain. We went to a show on the ship
called Tony and Tina's wedding, and it was lots of fun.
The big shows had special s eats
in boxes for us. There was a very good magic illusion
show, and 2 singing and dancing shows. We ate at
all the specialty restaurants, We liked Tappenyaki the best
and we ate there the first night and it was a great way to start
the trip.....The La Bistro French free dinner was great,
duck and filet mignon, and the best creme brulee'.
We were allowed special breakfast at Cagney's restaurant
because we were VIP's, but after 2 days there we went
for the back outside deck for breakfast, and we loved
that. The ship was full , over 2,000 people , so it was
great to have an edge on the seats in the show room. We also
went to see The Lion King before we left in Oahu.....It was
wonderful, so colorful and well done.
Thank you so much Faye for your help and offering us the upgrade.
We felt very
special indeed, and it was nice to have our own rooms.
Rita stayed up front and I was in the little room , but had
my own bath....so it was great. There is a Princess
trip to Tahiti and for 11 days in Feb. It goes on
to Nuka Hiva, and several other islands, too, besides Bora Bora
and Morrea , and Raiatea. .. I looked today online at the rooms
and the Mini Suite looks good. I may be interested
in that. We sure enjoyed the pools on this ship.
There are 2, and the bigger one was wonderful. Plus
hot tubs of course and the slide. It was fun to
see all the old people sliding down it, it is great that we
can still have fun too. We swam all day in Kona, didn't
get off the ship. The picture of the ship and the
submarine was from our ship to the Pride of Aloha which
was in Kona the same day.

~ Hawaii ~ |
| Mimi,
My
husband and I just got back from Maui
on the 15th.... The ONLY problem we had was we HAD TO LEAVE!!!
It was AWESOME!!! Couldn't have been better!
We
arrived on the 5th into Kapalua Airport and it was 'smooth
sailing' from there... our car rental was ready, our hotel was
ready, and they even upgraded us to a 1 bedroom for only $30
a day! The studio would have been fine, and in fact, we
did stay in the studio for 1 night. But, the next day
we moved to a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and it was PERFECT!
We could walk from our patio door straight to the grassy area,
then to the restaurant/pool area and ultimately to the beach.
Everything at Kaanapali
Shores was just as we'd remembered it, but better.
We've stayed there twice before and this being our 3rd time,
we will ONLY stay there in the future.
Our
BEST snorkeling adventure was at Black Rock, behind the Sheraton....
we were protected by a 'cove' and that made my experience even
better. It was calm and the water was super clear!
We were able to actually swim with a HUGE sea turtle both times....
and he was so close, we could touch it..... but we didn't.
We had an underwater camera and got some great shots too!
My
husband's 49th birthday was the 9th and we were able to get
into a great Luau. The
Royal Lahaina..... it was absolutely awesome! The
food was perfect and the entertainment was first-class.
One
of our favorite restaurants was the Aloha Grill - plate lunch,
just behind the Safeway in Lahaina. I am HOOKED on it!
Everything they had was very inexpensive and a GREAT local experience.
We have some local Hawaiian Restaurants, but they just don't
compare..... I wish that we could have taken the food
home on the plane!!
Another
GREAT restaurant was Sansei!! The sushi was THE best I've
ever had.... I'm not a 'raw' fish eater normally, but this time
I was! Everything was so fresh and it didn't 'smell' like
some sushi restaurants do.... I wish we could have gone there
every night!
We
would certainly like to make this an annual event.... 10 days
were perfect for us. My husband's 50th birthday is Sept.
2008.... so, I will be in contact with you again so we can plan
another perfect vacation!
Thank
you so much for all your help!

We had the best time. The airline was great, the rental
car place upgraded us for a small fee. The food was
awesome ( expensive) but amazing! There is nothing bad
that I can say!! Only positive and great things because
working with your company was a true blessing. I can't
tell you how many times I googled things and got so frustrated
that I wanted to throw my laptop out the window. That
is when my husband called to find out some things and then
the heavens opened and Hiapo called!!! Hallelujah!!!!!
Hiapo saved the day and our honeymoon! Thank you for
having such great employees with great enthusiasm for what
they do! He made my husband and I feel very comfortable
about our trip. Can't wait to go away again and to have
the comfort to know that when we book with your company the
trip will be AMAZING!!!!!!
Hiapo,
Thank you so much for helping my husband and I pick out the
most AMAZING trip ever to Maui.
We had a lot of discussions about what island we wanted to visit
and you took the time to go over each island with us. Thank
you so much for that!!!! I know that we choose the best
island for our wants and needs. You also took the time
to go over each hotel and we did go through them a numerous
amount of times. You were so patient and so understanding
that this was an important trip to us!!!!!!! I can't wait

| Thanks
Much Melissa;
First
I would like to say that throughout the trip we continually
said to one another – WOW – Mimi
did a great job! Each leg of the trip got better – when
we didn’t think it could. To sum it up:
Princeville
Kauai – We were very impressed with the Hotel. Our
favorite activities there were either the Blue Hawaii helicopter
tour or the private horse back ride. The roasted pig at
the luau was fantastic. Weather was perfect. I would
not change a thing.
Sheraton
Moorea – The over the water Bungalow was fantastic.
When we arrived we thought that we made a mistake by not
booking the Sheraton Moorea for the entire trip and forgoing
Bora Bora. The snorkeling was fantastic. Also, we
rented a dune buggy and drove around the island.
Bora
Bora Nui – This was the pinnacle of the trip. Once
we arrived – we forgot about any notions of having forgone
this part of the trip. The private in room barbecue was
fantastic – I highly recommend. Also, there was
a restaurant called Bloody Mary’s that we enjoyed very
much. It was not until we saw this bungalow that we thought
that the Sheraton Moorea Bungalow was a little Spartan in comparison.
The bathtub and shower were great. The water was so blue
that it did not look real.
All
in All – we give the trip and the service provided by
McCoy a grade of an A+. We plan to use McCoy Travel next
year for our vacation plans. Not sure yet where we want
to go – however, we have thought about the following:
Alaska
or the Maldives

Loved the Big Island and Kauai. Took many, many photos;
saw a LOT. Hotels were great; the breakfast each morning

island the second day (Hawaii); saw some great scenery.
So glad we went; thank you for all of your travel planning;
you did a great job. The ride to and fro was extremely

| Dear
Melissa,
Our trip to Hawaii was wonderful.
I can easily and without a doubt say that the help that we received
from Lori
was above and beyond what we expected or imagined. I don’t
know what we would have done without her. On a not too
happy note, my purse was stolen (from our locked rental car)
while stopped on the road to Hana. Lori took the time
to call me from home, in the evening about this. She consoled
me and was so kind and caring. She is wonderful.
I am very grateful to her.
My four sons and my husband had a great
time learning to surf with the Maui Wave riders. It was
a lot of fun, and they all got up on the boards and road the
waves quite a few times! We all loved the boat excursion
that we went on in Kauai. It was booked on the Blue Dolphin
charters. The guys on this boat were great, the Napali coast
was beautiful, the fish and turtles that we saw were plentiful,
and we all had a blast. My husband and I renewed our vows
in Kauai. Lori recommended Tori at Custom Kauai Weddings.
Tori was a great choice! She made the ceremony special;
it was perfect.
I look forward to planning future vacations
with Lori and McCoy Travel!
Sincerely,

Melissa and Hiapo,
We
had a great time on both islands. The airline experience
was hassle-free and the Kaanapali
Beach Club was outstanding. We attended the orientation
from Pleasant Hawaiian and booked a luau, catamaran cruise/BBQ
on Lanai (loved that), and surfing lessons. The surfing
lessons were the favorite with the teens, and Steve and I even
got up on the boards for a few seconds. Fun and sore the
next day. We bought a guided tour to Hana CD at the grocery
store and treked around the island. We thought it was
gorgeous and we found many waterfalls to swim in and look at.
If we didn't buy the CD, we would not have found many of the
beautiful sites.
We had a great time on Kauai. We fell in love with Hanalei
Bay. Next trip we want to stay there.
We certainly appreciate all of your assistance and flexibility
and we'll keep our eyes open for good deals that you've been
sending via email.

| Hello
Holly
F., we had a great time. Everything went great and
I could not have asked for a better setting. We were in
Hawaii for 7 days and I did not want to come home! The
Hotel was wonderful... it had a great setting as well.
I really appreciate all that you did!!! It was a great
honeymoon and it was definitely worth all the headaches that
we went through. She enjoyed, I enjoyed it and I have
to give you a lot of credit for working as hard as you did.
Again, THANK YOU, and I wish you the best of luck in the future.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you, but we are both school
teachers and school started here about a week and a half ago...
to say the least we have been BUSY!!!!!
Thank you for everything.

| Thanks
for all your help in our 1st cruise and 1st time trip to Hawaii
for our 25th anniversary. We LOVED every single thing
we did! The ship was great! We liked the food, the
service, the setup, and the communication daily from the staff!
We loved all the islands! The Old
Lahaina Luau was fabulous! Wouldn't change anything
there! The Molokini
Snorkel was also a blast! We did the snuba and had
a great time! The food was also good. The helicopter ride
on Kauai was good! Very fun! The ATV ride on Kipu
Ranch on Kauai was also good. The guides were fun.
Our plane trips on Hawaiian Air were all good. Every flight
was on time and done well.
When
we stayed the extra 2 days at the Royal
Lahaina, that was also just 'dreamy.' The hotel was wonderful,
the service and the view was also great, as they upgraded us
to an oceanview for no extra charge. The only thing we
had a bit of trouble with was finding the hotel, as the markings
on the road do not delineate the exact location, and it sits
back with several other hotels, so we passed it.
Overall,
we could not have asked for a better trip! It was the
first time we've done any trip without any of our 5 children
or any of their sporting events, so it was wonderful!
I appreciated all the help that Hiapo
gave on my trip, including answering a lot of '1st timer' questions.
I also appreciated the great help of Brenda
in setting up some of my excursions and answering some additional
questions.
I
have already given your agency's name to several of my friends
who are planning on trips to Hawaii.
Again,
THANKS!

Upon
arriving in Honolulu I felt like a pampered guest. We
were met with beautiful fresh flower lei's and a guide to get
us on the proper shuttle to our hotel. Our luggage was
handled for us, efficiently. The Hilton
Hawaiian Village was also wonderful. The highlight
of our trip was the Polynesian
Cultural Center. It was a full and fun day that will
be long remembered.

and I had a great time on Maui! Our lodging was great
and the “Feast
at Lele” was outstanding. I have attached some
pictures for you. The manager at the Napili Surf could
not have been nicer and were most accommodating. They
explained the 2 1/2 star rating occurs because they don’t
have elevators, etc. I can tell you the rooms were great
and the staff was awesome. Best of all they are right
on one of best beaches we visited. One of the VIP events
for us was your staff (Julie
and Vanessa)
showing up at the airport to meet us. I must tell you
the other passengers were all looking as we got leid.
I am glad we finally got to the Seven Pools but the “Road
to Hana” was an experience! Next time we will fly…..
In
retrospect we might next time want to spend a night or two on
Molokai to see the “old & less crowded lifestyle”
of the Islands.
You
and your staff, Julie and Vanessa made our trip. I know
from owning a customer service business that things can go wrong,
despite best efforts. The way you handled things leaves
me no doubt that our next Island adventure will include McCoy
Travel Agency! MAHALO!

| Mike,
I know you are way too busy for casual email messages,
but did want you to know that we really enjoyed working with
you helping us plan our trip to Hawaii last summer. It
was beyond great and everything went very well. We are
keeping you in mind when we plan another big trip. That
black pearl story has me dreaming, as I purchased a ring and
necklace while in Hawaii. Fiji sounds just fabulous, we
are dreaming of it in about two years.
