| Dear Melissa,
I
am finally responding to your kind letter asking about our recent
trip to the Big Island of Hawaii.
First, I want
to sing praises to Hiapo.
He was absolutely the best. He was patient and oh so accommodating
to my non stop requests and, if truth be told, my whining. He
made some magic happen and our whole experience was top notch.
We loved our rooms with their beautiful views, the magnificent
breakfast each morning and the whole Hawaiian experience.
My dream was to
spend time with my son and daughter-in-law in a special place
for us to make wonderful memories. I rarely get to see my son
and my time with him was so memorable and far beyond my imagination.
I should add that I was worried about how I would organize everything
at the resort. How pleased I was to find how well Hiapo organized
everything for me, from the rooms, car rental, check in, breakfast
and the paddle boat and snorkel rentals. We loved and appreciated
it all. I'll be paying for this vacation for a few years to
come but the memories will last a lire time,
Favorite experiences?
Can't begin to name one. But the view I had from my room overlooking
the bay and dolphin pools was exquisite. We really enjoyed watching
the runner light the torches along the resort paths each night
from out balconies. Oddly enough, playing with and feeding the
fish at the boat dock outside the breakfast restaurant is a
really fond memory.
I can't imagine
a more wonderful vacation and I know Michael and Amy feel the
same.

| Hello
Holly,
I have meant to send
you this email since our return…we had a blast!! We did
not want to leave!! All the excursions that you booked for us
were perfect. We had perfect seats at the Luau, a wonderful
sunset on the Dinner Cruise with great entertainment, and the
Van Tour was one of our favorites…great guide…he
even stopped at a couple places not on the itinerary for us!!
I do think that the Kids had great fun snorkeling and zip-lining.
The day of our departure we went to Lahaina and booked one of
those blue water whale watching tours for the 6 of us…mom
and dad did not go…and that was tons of fun also.
The most spectacular
thing was where we stayed the Fairmont Kea Lani was absolutely
beautiful and the service there was impeccable…second
to none!! Everyone was so helpful and nice!! Scott and I walked
hand in hand into the Ocean the morning we were leaving and
that was one of the most touching memories that I will ever
have considering that I almost lost my best friend before we
left!!
I will write more later…just
want to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! We will be using
you and McCoy Travel for future trips for SURE!!!

Melissa & Michael,
Our Trip was great – 2 nights at the Ihilani in Oahu and
then the rest of the time in Maui.
Loved the snorkel trip
and it worked great because it was like being on a Whale watch
tour as well. The Luau was great – everyone enjoyed it.
Beach at Kaanapali was fantastic and the Westin is a great hotel
– it was packed but to be expected given school vacation
week.
The first night at the
Ihilani was Valentines day and we did not think to make a dinner
reservation in advance and everything was booked. We expressed
our concern to the hotel manager and they actually set us up
with a room service menu that was fantastic – expensive
but fantastic. They comped us a few appetizers and really did
a great job. – This confirms my experience with great
service from the Marriott.
Mokulele Airlines was
great on the trip to Maui. Found out on the way that they do
not have a bag agreement with American so it was best to fly
back via Hawaiian so the bags could get checked straight through.
However, when I logged
in on Friday I was able to get boarding passes for my American
flights but not for Hawaiian Air and the line at the airport
was the worst I have seen in a long time. It took well over
an hour and 15 minutes to check in and I thought we were going
to miss our flight- they could not explain why I could not print
the boarding passes in advance.
All worked out in the
end & we'll be in touch with you for our next trip!
Bottom line Hawaii is
paradise after a long New England winter.

Melissa,
We had a wonderful family holiday!! The staff was great, we
loved the location, facilities and amenities.
All other activities--scuba,
luau, zip-lining, were great fun and a top-notch experience.
In spite of the room snafu, the holiday was our family fav!
We would even go back to the Kea Lani.
Thanks for all your
assistance. We LOVED your "beloved" Maui. It IS a
paradise!!

Melissa,
We had a great time. Our condo was perfect—relatively
small, close to the ocean, clean and attractive. Everyone enjoyed
the pool and hot tub. We had a visit from a monk seal and lots
of whale sightings.
We went to Molokini
and Lanai for snorkeling--saw lots of spinning dolphins and
whales as well as reef fish. The Old Lahaina luau was lovely—delicious
food and strong performances.
I’ll try to get
to TripAdvisor to rate accommodations too.

We are flabbergasted!!!!!! You shocked us earlier today
by telling us you'd upgraded us to an Ocean Front Suite (we
were just thrilled we'd be in a deluxe ocean view room to begin
with), but nothing could have prepared us for these accommodations!!!!
Our suite has two bathrooms! It's bigger than our own home!
It's beautiful! And we haven't even seen it in daylight!!!!
Oh, and did I mention the two giant lanais?????? You are the
BEST!!!!!! Thank you so much!
Just a little heads-up..
You may be hearing from the hotel... They didn't seem to get
the memo about the breakfast being included, but I'm sure it
will get straightened out. I printed out an email your wrote
that mentioned it, so they are going to try to track it all
down.
Thank youuuuu!

issue resolved... We are sooooo happy here in Paradise!!!! We
woke up and opened the curtains to find we have been transported

beautiful beyond belief, and our two lanais are bigger than
our dining room!!!!!
Thank you!!!!

| Hi
Rukie,
I've been meaning to write, but January was just so busy for
us. After coming back from Hawaii we had to find a new nanny
in one week and then we were off to Key West for a friends wedding
-- an 8 day trip with no travel interupptions. Needless to say
we were both behind at work and behind in our personal lives.
I attached a few photos
for you. One is of Mohan and me at Santa Monica beach (before
we got to Hawaii). The second is of Erin and Anna at the old
Lahaina Luau.
Thanks again for all
your help. I have the feeling we were probably one of your more
'challenging' clients.
You made our trip relaxing and enjoyable - thank you again.
All the best,

1st let me say thank
you for all your hard work for putting together our wedding/honeymoon
last June 2008. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you
& thank you. We stayed at the Prince & the Hyatt &
we had the absolute most amazing trip. We couldn't have done
it out you & your service. You were so patient we us, as
we changed our minds a 1000 times, & asked 1000 questions.
You are extremely talented at your job, & will be forever
a part of making the best week long memories. Please let the
owner know how valuable we think you are.
I just checked out some
of your vacation packages for the anniversary date of june 6th

| Hello,
Happy New Year to you and your staff. First of all, forgive
my late response…coming home from the trip of a lifetime
and following it up with Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New
Year is a bit daunting, and believe me—takes up A LOT
of your time!
I do want to let you
know that the service that Michael
Byrne
provided us was paramount. He answered every stupid little question
I had, and trust me—I had a lot of them. He had us set
up with a great hotel—we stayed at the Hyatt in Maui and
thought it was just lovely. The absolute only problem was one,
little cockroach…but hey, we’re in the tropics and
that happens, right? Other than that, I thought I was a queen.
The staff there, the food there---all of it—absolutely
beautiful. Our plane ride was uneventful…which is the
best you can ask for in a plane ride—we even arrived a
bit earlier than we were supposed to, so that was great as well.
Michael put us in touch
with Brenda
LeBrun (to help us reserve activities) —who
was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Brenda and I hit it off like two
old friends. She is great—and she knew the island inside
and out. She recommended and booked awesome things for us to
do. We ziplined,
went horse
back riding, took a road to Hana tour, went snorkeling—just
about every great thing you could do on Maui. She booked us
with a great snorkeling tour…never in my life did I see
so many beautiful fish! Not to mention swimming around with
the turtles at turtle-town…that was a real treat, something
that will always be remembered! I’m not sure of the tour
company that took us through Hana, but our guide…her name
was Pu---was absolutely fantastic! She shared so many great
facts and stories with as she drove us through the beautiful
scenery. We learned so much about the island and the native
Hawaiian people from her, it really was so much more than we
expected.
I will be sure to log
onto TripAdvisor.com and share all my experiences with your
staff and suppliers…and believe me, as soon as we can---we
will be contacting Michael again and coming back to Hawaii for
another visit!
Thank you very much!!

Happy New Year! We're just back

thank you very much for your help with our condo and luau reservations.
We absolutely loved the Mauna Lani. It was perfect for us. We
had a lot of fun at the Fairmont luau (excellent food and entertainment).
All logistics were pre-handled and we had no problems at the

Thanks so much! We will call you in the future - because we

| Hi
Melissa,
We had a great time in Hawaii! We were in Honolulu for two days
and visited Pearl Harbour. The tour was very interesting and
enjoyable. We then traveled to Kaua'i for five days and loved
it! Everything was so BEAUTIFUL! I never knew there were so
many different shades of green! We took a helicopter tour with
Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. The views were awesome! It was a
little rainy that day, but overall it was very nice. The Resort
was our favorite part of our trip. We upgraded to an ocean view
room and were so glad we did. The beach was just steps away
from our room. We attended the luau there and loved every bit
of it. The food and entertainment were both excellent.
We flew American Airlines. I guess the worst part was the return
flight. We had two connections coming home and it was a very
long day for us. We left Lihue at 10:00 PM and finally got home
to Amarillo, Texas by 2:30 PM the next day. We would have loved
a direct flight to Dallas and then just that short flight to
Amarillo. That would have been so much better. Also, we had
to pay for in-flight food. It was expensive and really not very
good.
Anyway, thanks for an amazing trip! (Hiapo
and Melissa were both very helpful with arrangements.)
We are so glad that we used McCoy Travel. Everything went very
smoothly for us.
Sincerely,
K. Finley

& Tish,
I've been meaning to write to express how wonderful our vacation
experience in Kauai was. We most enjoyed the helicopter tour
with Island Helicopters - it is a must see, the Zip Lining tour
- despite my initial fear of ziplining, the experience was one
I will carry with me forever and the Horseback ride at the Princeville
Ranch - we were able to swim near a waterfall and actually slide
down the rocks of the fall - that was unreal and utterly beautiful.
Everything turned out beautifully and we will surely use your
agency again for our future travel plans. Thank You!

| Aloha Michael,
Yes, getting back into the swing of things out here was no easy
task—I'm still trying to find my desk at work….
We had the absolute BEST vacation we ever had in Maui. Really,
I cannot say enough about your beautiful island---and Brenda
had us all set up with great activities, we were busy-but not
too busy. It was just perfect.
What a great Hotel! So pretty there, and everyone was really
helpful and friendly. I have nothing 'not so good' to say---only
great things.
It was really sweet of you to leave a card and gift for Jimmy's
birthday-he thought that was great.
It has been nothing but a pleasure working with you---thank
you so much for all of your assistance, you really helped us
plan the trip of a lifetime. I only hope that you'll be hearing
from me again soon (well, probably not TOO soon) to book another
trip!! We can't wait to go back!!
Thank you also for recommending Brenda
to us-we both really loved her and her ideas and suggestions…talk
about helpful—she's the best!
We really did make some memories that will last us a lifetime…well,
they'll last at least as long as it takes us to get back there!

Here are the pictures I promised to send
from my Hawaiian vacation. It truly was my dream vacation and
I so appreciate your help in arranging it. Since I had never
used a travel agent before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Although
I loved doing the research for my vacation, I was so happy to
turn over organizing the details to you. When Aloha Air went
out of business prior to my trip and when after arriving in
Maui I decided I wanted to change hotels, is when you prove
to be the most invaluable. I didn't have to fret or worry about
these changes as I knew I was in good hands.
My niece and I will always remember
our trip to Hawaii with fond memories. Thanks again for your
part in making my dream a reality.

| Hello Melissa!
I was just telling Robin
about our feed back. We had a great time in Fiji and we loved
the trip that she booked for us. I think Robin did a fantastic
job of listening to what we wanted out of our Honeymoon. We
think the Resort we stayed at is over the top... we give it
our highest recommendation and are encouraging our friends to
consider it.
We look forward to working with McCoy again in the future. Robin
did a great job of really listening to our wants and desires
for the trip and everything she set up was superb. We don't
think there was probably any way for her to know how poor Lomani
was or I don't think she'd book us there.
Thanks for checking in on us!

Sue,
So nice of you to check in! Jason
and I had an amazing time in Maui - the accommodations at the
Fairmont Kea Lani were wonderful (we LOVED our oceanfront suite,
the grounds were beautiful and the breakfast buffet was awesome!),
the soft-top Jeep was essential (had such a great time cruising
around in that car!) and the flights went off without a hitch!
Overall, the entire vacation exceeded any/all expectations -
we had such a great time doing everything from zip lining to
snorkeling to hiking to biking Mt. Haleakala to laying out on
the beach in Pa'ia. Thank you so much for your assistance in
helping us plan the honeymoon of our dreams!

| Hi Faye,
Just thought I would give you
some feedback on our stay on Big Island and Kauai.
Big Island was fantastic. We
stayed at Kona Village which lived up to our expectations. The
beach is not your typical pure white golden sand but actually
covered with lots of volcanic rock. However, the seclusion,
sea turtles and sailing more than made up for it. The accommodation
was excellent as was the service. The food was always large
in portion but not exceptional (breakfast was great but lunch
and dinner were average/good).
Best features of big island were
the drive up to the mountain with the space telescopes on it
for sunset – really enjoyable but take lots of clothes.
The visit to the area where the lava meets the sea was a bit
of a disappointment as you are kept so far away that during
the day all you get is a plume of smoke. At night, it becomes
a bit more of a spectacle as you appreciate the glow of the
volcano and actually see spurts of lava. If clients have the
money, the helicopter trip was good value and I saw some people
take boat trips close to the lave which was definitely the best
seat in the house. The walk around Volcano national park was
excellent and very cheap - €10 for a 5 day pass I think.
On Kauai, we did the Napali Coast
kayak trip – 19 miles which was great although a tough
day. Walking to some of the waterfalls in the Waimea canyon
and on the Napali was also one of the highlights of our holiday.
Quick note to other tourists.
While having a Jeep Wrangler is a lot of fun, it is also a pain
when you have to manually put the roof on and off. There was
also very little road in Kauai or Big Island (save the observatory)
where it was required. If people want a 4 wheel drive –
definitely go for something we an electric roof as the quickly
changing weather can make the wrangler a pain sometimes.

Hi
Faye
I just wanted to say thanks for
helping organize our honeymoon – Emma and I had a fantastic
time. Both islands were an absolute delight and we are already
thinking about a return trip one anniversary. Also wanted to
say thanks for the fruit bowl which was a wonderful treat on
our veranda overlooking the sea that afternoon – absolutely
delicious.
Anyway, the return to reality
has been a stark one given the paradise we were in! Take care
Kind regards

once again, was very helpful on setting up our trip.
On Maui, the Mendez Ranch is MUCH better than Ironwood for horseback

Maui was wonderful
and our fabulous agent, Melissa, was just as wonderful
! I have done lots of traveling in my lifetime and I have
never had such a positive experience working with a travel company.
From the minute I heard her voice on the phone I could
tell Melissa was not only going to be a valuable source of information
but an incredible
pleasure to work with. She has a wonderful ability
to not only help you with logistical issues but to gently persuade
you towards choices for a better experience without ever feeling
like you had been talked into something! This COMPLETELY
paid off for us. All her suggestions and opinions were
dead-on and made a huge difference in the quality of our vacation.
You are down-to-earth, honest and has a wonderful sense of humor.
I will definitely be using her for all my future travel.

| Hi
Holly,
Just We did have a wonderful trip to Maui. Two things stood
out, we loved the location of the Resort on Maui. Of course,
we would only recommend the upper floors and the best units,
but in terms of location for what we wanted (laid back walks
on beach, no high-rise resorts and close proximity to scuba
diving) it was perfect!
We loved waking up and going to sleep listening to the waves.
The other thing was diving with
Maren at Extended Horizons. She was super!! Of all 9 dives I
did while on Maui, the dive with her stood head and shoulders
about the rest. A big thumbs up! If you want a photo, she took
some gorgeous ones while on our dive.

| Dear
Melissa, Thank you, thank
you, thank you! We had the most unbelievable vacation in Maui
and it was in large part because of the wonderful planning and
care we received from you. Not only was it the planning ahead
of our trip, but the actual care we received from you while
we were on Maui! We really felt like we had a personal concierge
with us the entire trip!
When my family and friends ask
us “how was our vacation”, I respond that it truly
was a vacation of a lifetime. We loved our accommodations at
the Alii. It was the perfect spot for our teenagers. I’m
so glad you suggested it to us.
Please know that we will call
you the next time we are planning a trip and will pass your
name on to all of our friends and family who will be visiting
Hawaii!
Thanks again for making our vacation
a trip we will remember for a lifetime!

| Hi
Vanessa
- just getting in the school groove. The trip was more
than we could have expected!
Thank you for everything. You truly went way out of your
way!
I am so sorry for all the upgrades in the 11th hour. The
room was so nice, way more than I had expected, but I am so
glad you know my taste and what we like. It was nice being
off the beaten path a bit, away from the crowds. Although,
it seemed like a ghost town to me, hardly any people anywhere.
I loved the two dollar kids meals at the KBC. Wow, what
a nice surprise. We enjoyed every minute of it.
The boys loved the mini golf and went every day. Everything
was perfect for this trip, we didn't need a single thing else.
Thank you so much for all your attention to detail, for knowing
us and our likes and for making it so special for us!
I'll call you again for next year!
Sincerely,

| Dear
Melissa,
Thank you so much for the absolutely wonderful Hawaiian vacation
that you put together for us. Your attention to detail was impeccable.
From the minute we arrived in Honolulu it was obvious
that nothing was overlooked. This was exemplified by the greeters
and transfers from the airport, your hand-picked views
from our hotel room, and even the fruit found in our room to
welcome us! ! Even though we had to make a change within our
island travel, you made this transition smooth and stress-free!
The Big Island was equally perfect. You listened
to our needs on this trip and you found the perfect resort and
room to meet these needs. Again, the views were spectacular
and your welcome gift on this island was yet another example
of your thoughtfulness.
I have already recommended your services to a friend in
Ocala going to Maui. I am certain they will find
they are just as pleased with your talent as we were. We
look forward to using you in the future. Again,
we would like to send our "Mahalo" to
you for such a fantastic family vacation !
Warmly,

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. J. and I had
a wonderful trip. She is a great traveler and was willing to
try it all. Here's a brief summary of our experience.
The connections stopping in LA from the east coast is the way
to go. It left a much shorter flight on the way to Maui.
I upgraded to a convertible and was able to negotiate a cheaper
deal. That was great. We never put the top up. The accommodations
at Maui Resort were nice. The room was good and the location
for food and shopping were perfect. The diving was very good.
We used Scuba Shack. They were terrific. Great equipment, excellent
service.
We could not do the crater because of the diving. Perhaps that
is the first thing one should plan then dive. We visited the
Goat dairy and drove a bit but we were cooked from our morning
and afternoon drives after diving. We did drive 'The Road to
Hana." Highly recommended for lots of reasons. Don't let
people scare them aware. Start early, take lots of time to visit.
I would stay down there if I could. Truly paradise. Garden of
Eden, falls, parrots, swimming, views. Amazing.
Yes we did a Luau. I suppose one has to do one. Long lines lots
of people fair show, decent food.
The Big Island was fun. I wish we went there first. Its darkness
compared the lushness of Maui is stark. The hotel was nice.
We drove everywhere. Upgraded to convertible again.. Took helicopter
ride into the live volcano. Over priced but worth it for a one
time experience. We sunned at Coconut Island, a family park.
Drove to the national park and museum. Went to Rainbow
Falls, Boiling Pots and then ate at the most southern bar
in US, Shakas.
Found 2 nice beaches, White Sands and a beach at Kona Bay. Did
a night Manta dive, highly recommended. Cattle car but fun.
Met nice people. For divers, find boats that cater to smaller
groups.
Found a great taco place Killer Tacos near the boat ramp. Cheap
and delicious. Food throughout trip was good. Best meal in Kona
was at Hotel Don the Beachcombers. I was pleasantly surprised.
Thanks for all of your efforts. It was truly a great time for
us. Best of luck to you. Perhaps I will plan another adventure
for next year. I always wanted to dive Great Barrier Reef somewhere
further in the Pacific.
Thanks.

| Aloha!
Thank you for helping my family plan a wonderful trip to Maui.
Hertz was very helpful in changing our vehicle when we needed
something a bit larger. Thank you for the fruit plate
at our first stop. It was both a surprise and delicious!
The Wailea Resort did upgrade our party to being next door to
each other with an ocean view, it was beautiful. The second
half of our trip was spent at Napili Resort and it is always
beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing...it doesn't disappoint.
This is our second time staying here and when we walked in it
felt like home and we all immediately relaxed.
It is hard to pick one favorite/worst experience.
Best Dining- Mama's Fish House. We made 2 reservations this
trip and it was fabulous both times. Highly recommend the food,
view, and making a reservation.
Best Mai Tai- Kimo's in Lahaina. We took this very seriously
and tasted a lot of Mai Tai's on the island. We also enjoyed
the dinner. Once again reservations came in very handy.
Best Breakfast- The Plantation in Kapalua and The Sea House
in Napili.
Best Activity- Hard to pick one, we enjoyed everything we did.
From the Scuba to snorkeling with turtles and spinner dolphin
at Napili to the physical activities of the Ziplines in Haleakala,
Kahoma Ranch Rhino Tour, and Hana Lava Tubes. All were
enjoyable activities and highly recommended.
Overall, it was a great trip! Hiapo
did a great job in helping us with our flight when Aloha went
out of business and everything else fell into place, there were
no surprises and no problems, which is great.
Mahalo and we hope to work with your agency again-

The trip was wonderful. Thanks
so much for the adjustment in our flight time. It worked
out nicely. The highlight of the trip was probably the
volcano. We drove over to the park and saw the sights
then took a helicopter ride out of Hilo. From the helicopter
we were able to see the 40 ft. spout of lava, the rivers, and
the lava going into the ocean. On the way to the volcano
we stopped at Akaka Falls. Very nice day.
We spent a day on a sail boat -we went to two snorkel spots
and watched the sunset also very nice. The best snorkeling
was at Captain Cook's. We rented kayaks from Kona Boys
(excellent service!!). They have a pick up at the water
so you don't have to haul anything down on the top of your car.
We paddled across the bay to the monument, snorkeled, and
had lunch. The spinner dolphins stay in the bay at night
so you can catch them going out to sea early in the am.
We started over the bay about 8:00 am. This was great
fun!!
The luau we went to was good but I think we might have enjoyed
the one you suggested better? We ended up choosing the
one we attended because I thought that it would be more traditional.
In some ways though it was a little like Vegas meets Hawaii.
Probably would not do that one again.
The star gazing from Mauna Kea was fabulous! We drove
up - no problem. The road was paved all the way to the
observation center. Several nights out of every week they
set up telescopes in the parking lot and show the visitors the
night sky. Not may people go so it is easy to take turns
looking. We saw Saturn and the rings, Jupiter and it's
4 moons and Mars. The sky was so bright and beautiful.
We had to wear pants and coats but it was fun.
The resort was amazing!! Their cultural center was a highlight
for the girls. They enjoyed attending classes and making
leis, learning hula, etc.. We also enjoyed the desert
side of the island. It was very primitive and beautiful.
We would definitely return to the Big Island. I hope this
helps!

Holly,
Thanks for your honest opinions!
We are not risky people so dangerous bike rides would be out.
If we can enjoy a beautiful sunrise/scenery on our own I guess
we can just plan on making the drive…
Go
ahead and book the Luau if you think highly of it. We
did the Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center a few years ago
on Oahu. It was lovely & very scrumptious. We
acquired a taste for Poi bread!

We're

a wonderful time we had. We tried to find you at the Westin

Westin? The day after our wedding we went to the Heavenly

I'm sorry we didn't get to meet in person. I just wanted

Hi
Holly,
I want to thank you for everything you did for us. Our honeymoon
was AWESOME! And you made the process so much easier.
We had an easy time going through the airports and getting our
rental car. The Hotel (Napili
Kai Beach Resort) was great. Everything was not just
exciting, but smooth. I knew I didn't have the money to
do something extremely extravagant but you made "it"
happen for us with what I did have. I just wanted to get
there, so to speak, and I feel that you went above that for us.
We really appreciate it. We had a great time at the Feast
at Lele Luau you set up for us. Our time there was outstanding.
Front row was nice. Maui was a lot of fun. We did
some extra stuff with some money we received from our wedding
which was nice. So all in all, I'm really glad I called
you. Thank you so much.

Dear
Melissa,
We arrived at home on schedule after a wonderful trip. Everything
went as planned, car rentals were smooth, hotel/condo check in/out
were easy and fast, airline travel went off without a hitch.
Thank you for your service. I think the best thing about
your service was the comfort in your knowledge regarding the lodging.
Each condo/hotel was better than anticipated. The Kamaole
Sands was spacious, quiet, very nice facilities, and across
from a beach/reef that we had a blast swiimming, snorkeling, and
watching sunsets. We liked Kihei and Lahaina the best for
tourist type stuff. Our favorite beach of the whole trip
was a small beach between Homoa and Hana called something like
Kiki or Nini beach. It was awesome and the first time Lydia
swam in any ocean. Kamaole #3 was the first time she ever
snorkeled in the ocean. The best meal we had in Maui was
aboard the Pride of Lahaina for a dinner cruise. Maybe the
ambiance had something to do with it! Walking through the
bamboo forests was awesome in Oheo Gulch up to the 400' waterfalls.
The sounds of the bamboo trees swaying in the wind was not like
anything we had heard before. Snorkeling with the turtles
off Kamaole #3 and 'Turtle Town' off shore from the Maui Prince
Resort was outstanding.
On Hawaii, visiting South Point was my favorite. Lydia and
I both really like the black Sand Beach at Punalu'u (turtles again
of course). Volcano National Park was like walking back
into time and the couple days we spent walking and driving all
over it was cool. Too bad the lava flow was so far into
the forest off the beaten path the cloud cover didn't let us view
it from the viewing areas. We went to a tropical garden just north
of Hilo which was unbelieveable. The Banyan trees on Banyan
drive (and of course the park in Lahaina) were amazing to me.
Coconut Island, adjacent to our hotel's property (the Hilo Hawaiian)
was great for walks, swimming, picnics, sunset viewings, and laying
on our rafts for hours, just floating and staring at the clouds
and blue sky!
Kauai was also a blast. We started out leaving the airport
and heading directly to the Waimea Canyon. We have back-packed
over 110 miles in the Grand Canyon, and this was every bit as
spectacular. In Waimea, we watched sunset on a pier on the
south end of the 17 mile long Barking Sands beach. We met
a fisherman who recommended the Wrangler restaurant in Waimea
for dinner as the best. This was my personal favorite of
every meal we had. IAnother favorite from the quality of
food standpoint was a place called the Fish Shack or House in
the Coconut Market Place, across the street from the Islander
on the Beach Hotel we stayed at. It was the final choice
on our last night for the pick your best spot on this side of
the island for our last eat out night! The reefs on the
north shores of Kauai were our favorites between Maui and Kauai.
Our favorite overall were, in order: #1 Tunnels Beach-awesome
reef close to shore, no waves stirring the inner reef so very
clear (as clear as the Molokini Crater), very easy access.
Simply outstanding and safe, seeing more turtles helped also.
#2 the beach at the Princeville Resort Beach, #3 Ke'e Beach, at
the end of the road, 1 mile past the Haina Park Beach. More
wave action and stronger currents but spectacular fish and views
of the Na Pali Coast. We also saw a Monk Seal sleeping on
the beach at sunset our first time here. The best learning
to surf and body surf/swim beach was the miles of sand and gentle
long breaking waves of the Hanalei Beach. Simply awesome.
Finally, the Na Pali Coast boat tour on a Zodiac raft/boat was
great! We didn't see any whales yet, but next time going
the first part of December would be a priority.
In conclusion, our favorite accommodations in the future would
probably be condos or homes with air conditioning. The hotels
were great, but a little too noisy sometimes, which is what hotels
always do. The spaciousness of condos/homes and the fact
they tend to be quieter I think appeals to us more. In terms
of activities, one advantage we had in living at 7000 ft of elevation,
was the fact no matter how fast, steep or high we climbed, or
how long and hard we swam in the ocean, we recovered extremely
fast. In terms of pace, Maui felt like Southern California
in the cities-faster pace and more crowds. Hilo and southern
Hawaii were much calmer and slower paced, as well as was Kauai
as a whole. Each place had its own charm and things we absolutely
loved to do. The
Hilo Hawaiian was as expected for a late 60's early 70's construction.
Islander on the Beach was really fun, Lydia says cute! The
Tiki Bar at the pool was also a big plus even though we only went
there once.
We had a great time.
Thank you,
K. Friese

| Hi
Melissa,
My husband and I had a wonderful time in Kauai
and booking it through your company made it even better.
We had no troubles at all and everything was delightful!
It is the little things that make the difference. An example
would be being able to walk up to Hertz and get our car almost
immediately. We did not have to wait in the long line
since we booked through Classic Vacations. Kiahuna
Plantation was a dream and we would definitely stay there
again. We loved the South Shore! We will definitely
use your company again when we travel and I recommend you guys
to everyone. Our friends just got back from Oahu and they
booked through Classic Vacations.
Thanks so much for everything and I look forward to using your

Aloha
Melissa,
I enjoyed all of my trip! I really liked that all of the
rooms at the Fairmont
Kea Lani on Maui were suites and the bathrooms were nice and
large! I also liked that that the Fairmont had complimentary
washers and dryers on every floor (I didn't have to take a lot
of clothes). I also liked the breakfast buffet at the Fairmont
(a big variety of food).
My family stayed at the Hapuna
Beach Prince Hotel on Kona 2 years ago and liked the hotel.
I enjoyed my stay there this time as well and the staff
kind of looked after me, since I was traveling alone (my sister
backed out of the trip at the last minute). I have 6 weeks
off work and decided to return to Kona and had Mark book a trip
for me at the same hotel, so I leave on October 31. I really like
working with Mark
and he has done a fantastic job!
I hope (God willing) that I can take a trip to Hawaii every year
and will definitely use McCoy Travel for all of my reservations.

| Hi
Melissa,
Hawaii
was awesome! We stayed on the Big Island (Hapuna
Prince Hotel), and Kauai (Sheraton).
The good thing about both of these hotels were the beaches!
Food was better in the Big Island Hotel than Kauai. The
breakfast buffet was awesome and I would highly recommend having
this included.
Both
hotels were very nice; especially the Sheraton in Kauai.
I think we had better beaches over more privacy; this wasn't
such a bad thing.
Best
thing to see on the Big Island was Waipio Valley. We went on
our own and you can't go down to the Black Sand unless you have
a Jeep or offroad Vehicle.
Also
it is good to know (we knew this) if people are not interested
in driving and checking out things on their own; they may not
appreciate the Big Island as much. Beautiful, Beautiful
Island. Missed the Helicopter ride to Volcano; they were
booked and we didn't feel like driving to Hilo on our last day.
Tell people to book early if they want choices on location and
time of helicopter rides. I guess the Lava took a turn
and viewing was really good when we were there.
My
husband and I really loved Kauai ; extremely lush beautiful
Isle. We enjoyed the Luau
at the Sheraton. We also did our fair share of exploring
the Island by jeep.
Best
thing on Kauai: The Zodiac trip up to the Napali Coast...Awesome
and worth every penny.
Full
moon on the Big Island...priceless. Lit up the whole Island.
Thanks to Mimi
again, our trip was fabulous.

Mark,
I
am having the best time (at Hapuna
Prince) and wanted to thank you for the chocolates!
My nieces and nephew loved them too!
I
am on a 6-week sabbatical from work and don't have to return
to work until November 12. I was planning to go to Europe,
but the dollar is way down and it would probably be quite costly
to go.
I
wanted to know if you could find out how much it would cost
(hotel + car) for a 10 or 12 day trip back to the Big Island?
I really like the Hapuna Beach Prince, since I know it and the
staff have gotten to know me (so I feel pretty safe here).

| Hi
Faye,
We had a fabulous time. We had the Amethyst Suite. Our
butler Wally , and our Room person, Zaneida, were both
fabulous. Z. made us towel animals every day and
I took pictures of all of them. We were VIP's for sure. We got
all the extras that you arranged for and more. We each
had our own bedroom and bath, and left the patio door open at
night for fresh air. I am not used to AC. We rented
a car in Hilo, Maui and Kauai. The day in Kauai
was so beautiful and we drove all over the island. Napali
coast was so lovely. We went to the Ocean
Center in Maui.. Rita was impressed and thought she
now appreciates the fish. We were invited to a party for VIP's,
and a party for Latitudes. Free drinks and pupus and met
the officers and captain. We went to a show on the ship
called Tony and Tina's wedding, and it was lots of fun.
The big shows had special s eats
in boxes for us. There was a very good magic illusion
show, and 2 singing and dancing shows. We ate at
all the specialty restaurants, We liked Tappenyaki the best
and we ate there the first night and it was a great way to start
the trip.....The La Bistro French free dinner was great,
duck and filet mignon, and the best creme brulee'.
We were allowed special breakfast at Cagney's restaurant
because we were VIP's, but after 2 days there we went
for the back outside deck for breakfast, and we loved
that. The ship was full , over 2,000 people , so it was
great to have an edge on the seats in the show room. We also
went to see The Lion King before we left in Oahu.....It was
wonderful, so colorful and well done.
Thank you so much Faye for your help and offering us the upgrade.
We felt very
special indeed, and it was nice to have our own rooms.
Rita stayed up front and I was in the little room , but had
my own bath....so it was great. There is a Princess
trip to Tahiti and for 11 days in Feb. It goes on
to Nuka Hiva, and several other islands, too, besides Bora Bora
and Morrea , and Raiatea. .. I looked today online at the rooms
and the Mini Suite looks good. I may be interested
in that. We sure enjoyed the pools on this ship.
There are 2, and the bigger one was wonderful. Plus
hot tubs of course and the slide. It was fun to
see all the old people sliding down it, it is great that we
can still have fun too. We swam all day in Kona, didn't
get off the ship. The picture of the ship and the
submarine was from our ship to the Pride of Aloha which
was in Kona the same day.

| Melissa,
My
husband and I just got back from Maui
on the 15th.... The ONLY problem we had was we HAD TO LEAVE!!!
It was AWESOME!!! Couldn't have been better!
We
arrived on the 5th into Kapalua Airport and it was 'smooth
sailing' from there... our car rental was ready, our hotel was
ready, and they even upgraded us to a 1 bedroom for only $30
a day! The studio would have been fine, and in fact, we
did stay in the studio for 1 night. But, the next day
we moved to a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and it was PERFECT!
We could walk from our patio door straight to the grassy area,
then to the restaurant/pool area and ultimately to the beach.
Everything at Kaanapali
Shores was just as we'd remembered it, but better.
We've stayed there twice before and this being our 3rd time,
we will ONLY stay there in the future.
Our
BEST snorkeling adventure was at Black Rock, behind the Sheraton....
we were protected by a 'cove' and that made my experience even
better. It was calm and the water was super clear!
We were able to actually swim with a HUGE sea turtle both times....
and he was so close, we could touch it..... but we didn't.
We had an underwater camera and got some great shots too!
My
husband's 49th birthday was the 9th and we were able to get
into a great Luau. The
Royal Lahaina..... it was absolutely awesome! The
food was perfect and the entertainment was first-class.
One
of our favorite restaurants was the Aloha Grill - plate lunch,
just behind the Safeway in Lahaina. I am HOOKED on it!
Everything they had was very inexpensive and a GREAT local experience.
We have some local Hawaiian Restaurants, but they just don't
compare..... I wish that we could have taken the food
home on the plane!!
Another
GREAT restaurant was Sansei!! The sushi was THE best I've
ever had.... I'm not a 'raw' fish eater normally, but this time
I was! Everything was so fresh and it didn't 'smell' like
some sushi restaurants do.... I wish we could have gone there
every night!
We
would certainly like to make this an annual event.... 10 days
were perfect for us. My husband's 50th birthday is Sept.
2008.... so, I will be in contact with you again so we can plan
another perfect vacation!
Thank
you so much for all your help!

We had the best time. The airline was great, the rental
car place upgraded us for a small fee. The food was
awesome ( expensive) but amazing! There is nothing bad
that I can say!! Only positive and great things because
working with your company was a true blessing. I can't
tell you how many times I googled things and got so frustrated
that I wanted to throw my laptop out the window. That
is when my husband called to find out some things and then
the heavens opened and Hiapo called!!! Hallelujah!!!!!
Hiapo saved the day and our honeymoon! Thank you for
having such great employees with great enthusiasm for what
they do! He made my husband and I feel very comfortable
about our trip. Can't wait to go away again and to have
the comfort to know that when we book with your company the
trip will be AMAZING!!!!!!
Hiapo,
Thank you so much for helping my husband and I pick out the
most AMAZING trip ever to Maui.
We had a lot of discussions about what island we wanted to visit
and you took the time to go over each island with us. Thank
you so much for that!!!! I know that we choose the best
island for our wants and needs. You also took the time
to go over each hotel and we did go through them a numerous
amount of times. You were so patient and so understanding
that this was an important trip to us!!!!!!! I can't wait
to go on our next trip and work with you to get us to our next
amazing destination! Thanks for all the help and patience
with me and my husband! We had the most wonderful time
and the memories will last forever!!!! Thanks Hiapo!!!!!!

Much Melissa;
First
I would like to say that throughout the trip we continually
said to one another "WOW"
Your team did a great job! Each leg
of the trip got better - when we
didn't think it could. To sum
it up:
Princeville
Kauai - We were very impressed
with the Hotel. Our favorite activities there were either
the Blue Hawaii helicopter tour or the private horse back ride.
The roasted pig at the luau was fantastic. Weather was
perfect. I would not change a thing.
Sheraton
Moorea - The over the water Bungalow
was fantastic. When we arrived we thought that we made
a mistake by not booking the Sheraton Moorea for the entire
trip and forgoing Bora Bora. The snorkeling was fantastic.
Also, we rented a dune buggy and drove around the island.
Bora
Bora Nui - This was the pinnacle
of the trip. Once we arrived – we forgot about any
notions of having forgone this part of the trip. The private
in room barbecue was fantastic – I highly recommend. Also,
there was a restaurant called Bloody Mary’s that we enjoyed
very much. It was not until we saw this bungalow that
we thought that the Sheraton Moorea Bungalow was a little Spartan
in comparison. The bathtub and shower were great.
The water was so blue that it did not look real.
All
in All - we give the trip and the
service provided by McCoy a grade of an A+. We plan to
use McCoy Travel next year for our vacation plans. Not
sure yet where we want to go - however,
we have thought about the following: Alaska
or the Maldives

a WONDERFUL time in Hawaii.
Loved the Big Island and Kauai. Took many, many photos;
saw a LOT. Hotels were great; the breakfast each morning
was a definite PLUS. I love both Islands the same for different
reasons of course. Vince and I drove around the entire
island the second day (Hawaii); saw some great scenery.
So glad we went; thank you for all of your travel planning;
you did a great job. The ride to and fro was extremely
calm; Vince liked the 777 Jet; plenty of room. I'll send
some pictures when I can. Thank you much; great job.

| Dear
Melissa,
Our trip to Hawaii was wonderful.
I can easily and without a doubt say that the help that we received
from Lori
was above and beyond what we expected or imagined. I don’t
know what we would have done without her. On a not too
happy note, my purse was stolen (from our locked rental car)
while stopped on the road to Hana. Lori took the time
to call me from home, in the evening about this. She consoled
me and was so kind and caring. She is wonderful.
I am very grateful to her.
My four sons and my husband had a great
time learning to surf with the Maui Wave riders. It was
a lot of fun, and they all got up on the boards and road the
waves quite a few times! We all loved the boat excursion
that we went on in Kauai. It was booked on the Blue Dolphin
charters. The guys on this boat were great, the Napali coast
was beautiful, the fish and turtles that we saw were plentiful,
and we all had a blast. My husband and I renewed our vows
in Kauai. Lori recommended Tori at Custom Kauai Weddings.
Tori was a great choice! She made the ceremony special;
it was perfect.
I look forward to planning future vacations
with Lori and McCoy Travel!

Melissa and Hiapo,
We
had a great time on both islands. The airline experience
was hassle-free and the Kaanapali
Beach Club was outstanding. We attended the orientation
from Pleasant Hawaiian and booked a luau, catamaran cruise/BBQ
on Lanai (loved that), and surfing lessons. The surfing
lessons were the favorite with the teens, and Steve and I even
got up on the boards for a few seconds. Fun and sore the
next day. We bought a guided tour to Hana CD at the grocery
store and treked around the island. We thought it was
gorgeous and we found many waterfalls to swim in and look at.
If we didn't buy the CD, we would not have found many of the
beautiful sites.
We had a great time on Kauai. We fell in love with Hanalei
Bay. Next trip we want to stay there.
We certainly appreciate all of your assistance and flexibility
and we'll keep our eyes open for good deals that you've been
sending via email.

appreciate all that you did!!! It was a great honeymoon

She enjoyed, I enjoyed it and I have to give you a lot of credit

I wish you the best of luck in the future. Sorry it took

for all your help in our 1st cruise and 1st time trip to Hawaii
for our 25th anniversary. We LOVED every single thing
we did! The ship was great! We liked the food, the
service, the setup, and the communication daily from the staff!
We loved all the islands! The Old
Lahaina Luau was fabulous! Wouldn't change anything
there! The Molokini
Snorkel was also a blast! We did the snuba and had
a great time! The food was also good. The helicopter ride
on Kauai was good! Very fun! The ATV ride on Kipu
Ranch on Kauai was also good. The guides were fun.
Our plane trips on Hawaiian Air were all good. Every flight
was on time and done well.
When
we stayed the extra 2 days at the Royal
Lahaina, that was also just 'dreamy.' The hotel was wonderful,
the service and the view was also great, as they upgraded us
to an oceanview for no extra charge. The only thing we
had a bit of trouble with was finding the hotel, as the markings
on the road do not delineate the exact location, and it sits
back with several other hotels, so we passed it.
Overall,
we could not have asked for a better trip! It was the
first time we've done any trip without any of our 5 children
or any of their sporting events, so it was wonderful!
I appreciated all the help that Hiapo
gave on my trip, including answering a lot of '1st timer' questions.
I also appreciated the great help of Brenda
in setting up some of my excursions and answering some additional
questions.
I
have already given your agency's name to several of my friends

and I had a great time on Maui! Our lodging was great
and the “Feast

pictures for you. The manager at the Napili Surf could
not have been nicer and were most accommodating. They
explained the 2 1/2 star rating occurs because they don’t
have elevators, etc. I can tell you the rooms were great
and the staff was awesome. Best of all they are right
on one of best beaches we visited. One of the VIP events
for us was Vanessa showing up at
the airport to meet us. I must tell you the other passengers
were all looking as we got leid. I am glad we finally
got to the Seven Pools but the "Road

In
retrospect we might next time want to spend a night or two on

less crowded lifestyle" of the Islands.

We loved both Waikiki and Maui.
In terms of travel arrangements the pluses were the room at

very long. Vanessa

Melissa,
Sorry not to write to you sooner. We've been busy
catching up on things since we left the Big Island. We
just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic time
from start to finish. We've loved
Hilo and staying at the Hilo
Hawaiian. Our room faced the bay and we were on the top
floor. Great view! One day at the Volcano House
was perfect and we hiked at the Park for 2 days. We loved Hapuna
Beach...the food and ambience were exquisite. We did
snorkeling near Hilo, at Cooks Bay, and at Hapuna Beach.
We visited a coffee plantation and did lots of hikes. Our
entire vacation was wonderful ! We thank
you for the great job you did for us!! We had
dinner at Canoe House twice. One evening we sat near Lisa
Marie Presley and her family.
Thanks again for putting together a memorable vacation

| Dear
Lori,
Wow! How can I begin to thank you. All your helpful tips on
visiting Maui
for the first time made our trip memorable. Where do I begin?
The Fairmont
Kea Lani is spectacular. Intimate, private, not crowded,
unbelieveable service. Rooms were HUGE! Property was breathtakingly
picturesque. I loved the fact that Polo Beach was in close proximity.
I loved the boardwalk to the neighbouring properties that provided
outstanding restaurants within walking distance along the water's
edge. As you know, we stayed the second week up in Kapalua
at the Ritz.
This property was lovely but the hotel itself needed an overhaul,
which I understand they are planning on doing in July. I must
say we were in a state of depression after leaving the Fairmont
for the Ritz Carlton. I know that may sound strange but true.
All your restaurant expertise was so valuable. Our trip to Mama's
was done precisely as you suggested and what a memorable dinner.
It started with the sunsetting against a beautiful beach, then
progressed to the mahi encrusted with macadamia nut served by
the fisherman who actually caught the Mahi early that morning.
My husband had to get a photo of that because he was so impressed
with the freshness of the meal. Sansei was also one of our fav's.
What a delight to the taste buds. I could eat there everyday.
We discovered Jaws at the side of the road and appreciated the
reprieve on our wallet for an amazing cost efficient lunch.
Hana was so beautiful, that words cannot describe it.
We took 11 hours to complete the trip and did it all, waterfalls,
black sand beaches, lava tubes, one lane road. We made it. It
was so lovely that the stress that accompanies the one lane
road was truly secondary. I must say the convertible vantage
point sure added to the experience. The trip would not be complete
without hanging with celebrities who were staying at our property.
The trip ended with the most beautiful rainbow that mysteriously
kept growing toward the sky. I tried to capture this and so
many beautiful things found on Maui. Photos do not do it justice
though. In closing I want to thank you again for all your expertise.
You got to know my needs as your client and exceeded our expectations.
We have recommended you to many people so far and even to folks
we met at the hotel to rent the gear off of Brenda.
We are hooked on Maui and can't stop talking about it. Please
keep us in the loop for upcoming deals to Maui or other places
you think we may enjoy. We certainly value your opinion. Thanks
again!

Thanks for asking. The trip was absolutely wonderful and I feel
you got us a great value for our dollar. Our favorite place
to stay was definitely the Hapuna
Beach Prince Hotel. It just seemed less touristy, slower,
and more intimate than the other places we stayed (all of which
were nice.) We especially loved the open air design of the hotel.
From the lobby to the rooms, you felt you were truly breathing
in Hawaii. As far as activities--we booked ourselves a introductory
dive (no certification required) at Jack's Dive Locker on the
Big Island. An individual instructor acquaints you with the
procedures and lets you adapt to diving in a swimming pool on
one day, then goes out with you on two boat dives the next day.
The first lesson requires only a couple of hours and leaves
the rest of your day free. The second day is to die for. The
water off Kona is probably the clearest in the world and they
make sure you see lots of underwater life. It is a package deal
and is by far the most memorable thing we did. Also we found
this (Hang
Gliding Maui ) on Maui. It was amazing as well. Very professional
and well done. You could tell the pilot very much knew his business
and he gave us a wonderful time. I would highly reccomend these
two things to anyone coming to Hawaii to have fun at things
they perhaps have never experienced before--or may ever experience
again.

| Hi
Michael!
We
had an amazing time on our Honeymoon! Both the Princeville
Resort and the Kea
Lani Maui were beautiful. We found the service to
be better at the Princeville, but the Kea Lani was pretty good.
We had so much fun with the activities that we did. We
really appreciate you meeting us at the airport. That

and enjoyed an excellent and reasonably priced meal at the Waterfront.
We didn't end up driving to Hana, so we will have to come back

It was everything we could have ever imagined. The setting
was breathtaking.

Mahalo,
Sorry it has taken me so long to respond. We had a wonderful time. Michael
was just wonderful. He helped us to find the best condo for our
family. The views where the best ever. This being our first time
to Hawaii it was so nice to be right on the beach. My daughter's
wedding was at the Fairmont
Kea Lani so with us at the Polo
Beach it was so easy and close. We saw over 30 whales
just sitting out on our balcony. We know we are going to come
back. I just don't think we would stay on the 7th floor. As a
Mom, I was worried the whole time and with me having a bad knee.
We most likely would request something on the 5th floor and ocean
front. I would say the view and the location was worth the
money.
Again tell Mike Thank You.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Maui.
EVERY thing that we chose to do turned out to be a great experience.
Surprisingly, the kids' (teenagers) favorite thing that we did
was the Old
Lahaina Luau. The atmosphere was incredible and they
got to order all the fun drinks minus the alcohol!
The horseback riding at Ironwood was a lot of fun. The
woman in charge was great. My daughter was having apprehensions
about going but the woman in charge insisted she was on a gentle
horse and would be fine and would not let her get down.
My daughter had a great time and was happy she went.
Everything went smoothly and every where we went our reservations
were already set and it was very easy to take care of things
(car, etc.).
I would definately use your company again as it made everything
easy for me!!

Everything went well. The only glich was United changing our
flights but to your great credit you had them change us to flights
that actually were better than the originals out of
Palm Springs.
Maui
was great. The service at the condo
was very good as they took care of almost all our issues
and questions promptly. All the tour schedules were very good.
The condo was good sized and well situated.
Overall we had a great time in Maui and your service was very
good which suggest the next time we will start out talking to
you.. .

| Aloha Sue,
We
had a wonderful trip!! Maui
was unbelievably beautiful. We did so much in the week there.
Road to Hana, Helicopter Tour, Drive up Haleakala, Luau, snorkeling
at Molokini. We absolutely loved it. With all that, I was able
to get in 2 rounds of golf. I played the Plantation course (kicked
my butt it was soooo windy) and the South course at Makena.
(played better there as morning round with little to no wind)
Oahu
was a bit crazy like you said but Pearl Harbor was very interesting
and we went snorkeling at Hanauma Bay which was great.
Thank
you so much for putting together an amazing and memorable
trip. My brother is talking about going for his honeymoon later
this year or next. I will have him contact you to set it up
if that's where they decide to go.

| Hi
Melissa,
This
trip all started with an invitation to a wedding of my friend
R. Finch. She had provided everyone with Michael's
contact details if one wished to attend the wedding. It
has been my dream to go to Hawaii and I thought I would never
get there. In speaking with others who have been to Hawaii,
to travel there is very expensive from Canada...not to mention
long! For fun I called up Michael for a quote with a figure
in mind of what I was willing to spend on this vacation.
To my surprise the price was well within my price range with
spending money to spare. What I really liked is Michael
was always available to speak to every time I called.
Michael was always friendly and willing to go the extra mile
to make your vacation great and fit in your budget.
My
friend and I tried to get over to Pearl Harbour with a tour
and Michael tried his hardest to get us there but the tour and
the flights over just didn't match up and it would have cost
us a fortune to do that. When I was in Hawaii my
friend's aunt and uncle planned on going over on their
own so I tagged along with them and Michael booked our
flights that day and even delivered the tickets directly to
our hotel. What service! It was really great to
know that Michael wasn't far from where we were staying and
if anything was needed it could get done right away.
Hawaii
was everything I imagined and much more. I really wished
I could have stayed longer. I now see why people who visit
never go home. Everyone who flew down for the wedding
had a really great time. The hotel Michael chose
was fantastic and I would definitely go there again. The
whole trip was great and Michael was fantastic.
I
would definitely get in touch with Michael again for future
trips.

| Dear
Melissa,
Just a quick
note to let you know how very much we all enjoyed our vacation
in Maui. The
Makena Surf was a wonderful choice and our three bedroom
condo was perfect. Our ground floor unit was clean and
well appointed. When they weren’t at the pool or
beach, our two little grand daughters loved playing on the lawn
right in front of our unit. Our days were sunny and dry
and we were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the surf each night.
Thank you so much for all of your work on our behalf!
Aloha,

| Aloha
Melissa!
I
am personally emailing you because I want to express to you
directly how thoroughly impressed I was by your corporation
and specifically your personnel.
I
dealt directly with Michael B.
and I really can not say enough about him. His service
was outstanding, impeccable and he was simply a pleasure
to talk to every single time we spoke!
My
story actually starts in October of 2006 when my now husband
proposed. We had always talked about going to Hawaii to
get married and we wanted to attend the Pro-bowl as well.
When I begin surfing the internet I became discouraged quickly
as Honolulu was not the setting I wanted to be married
in. As I searched for resorts etc, everything quickly
became obvious that this seemed impossible to happen.
I had send out many emails to different places in Hawaii including
wedding coordinators. Only one (out of 8) offered
to help and didn't discourage me, fortunately he put me in touch
with Michael. I was still doubtful as others seemed so
negative towards our idea. Being that we lived in
Canada, all the other Hawaiian companies I contacted were not
willing to take on our business. Michael called
me and said "Tell me what you want and I will make it happen,
hopefully at a good price too!" My night in shining armour!
If it wasn't for all those late night phone calls to Michael,
I don't think this trip would have happened! Not only
for me but for my guests who choose to come as well!
All the little things that Michael did were countless,
the details, everything was accounted for. I actually
slept knowing it was all taken care of.
Long
story short we spent 10 lovely days (way too short) in
Hawaii. We started with O'Hua and ended on Maui where
we were wed. Michael even came to our sunset ceremony.
He arranged many things for our guests while we were there!
He even dropped some things at the hotel for my aunt and then
led us all by car to a local restaurant, too bad he couldn't
have joined us for dinner that night! We all remarked
on how nice it would have been, if Michael could have stayed
for dinner. How nice is that, I don't think too many people
would want their travel agent around, let alone invite them
for dinner! That says a lot, doesn't it!?! I now
feel like I have a friend on the island of Maui! Mahalo
Michael, doesn't seem like enough!
Have
a wonderful Day!
Mahalo!
Sincerely,
R.

We just
wanted to say thanks for a great honeymoon. The room
at the Sheraton
on Maui was awesome...it's the best overall resort on
Kaanapali beach in our opinion...thanks also for
getting us upgraded to an ocean front room for free!
Our room was right on the Black Rock by the beach. Lahaina
is soo cool! The Hapuna
Prince Hotel on the Big Island was also very nice.
We had a wonderful time and will book through you in the future.

| Hi
Sue
and THANKS!
We had an awesome time! Maui is truly paradise.
Now for the feedback:
The greeting was very nice!
Hawaii
Prince Hotel was very nice.
Pearl Harbor tour was very interesting. Our tourguide, John,
was hilarious! The tour was well worth it
The
Westin
Maui was AWESOME!
-Almost every day they called Jane with surprises! They sent
up flowers, champagne, biscotti, and a box of chocalates.
-The room was very nice but "worn".
-The pool is great. They have an adults only pool. The waterslide
is a WILD ride.
-They provide adequate smoking areas.
-The hotel food is very good.
Whalers
Village is very nice.
The
Feast
at Lele was very interesting and fun. I would do it again!
The
snorkel trip was amazing!
-We were not scheduled for Monday so went on Tuesday instead.
-The crew were great!
-I got to swim with a turtle.
-I would take the exact same tour again!
Ironwood
Ranch was a great tour as well.
-the horses were well kept and VERY obedient.
-I would recommend this tour for
ALL ages over 8.
-The tour was walking only with no trots or gallops.
Plane
reservations went very smoothly!
We
HAD a GREAT time! Thanks so much. We WILL be going back to Maui
and will be sure to use McCoy Travel again!
Aloha!!

We had a fabulous time in Hawaii!! Our son's wedding
was incredible. The minister (Vance something) conducted
a most meaningful service and without the aid of any kind
of notes. The photographer (Eric) was incredibly thoughtful,
funny and his work was beautiful. The guitarist's
selections were perfect and though we have not yet seen the
video we are expecting great things. The coordinator
did a great job; everything was beautiful from the ring of
flowers to the cake and "champagne". We couldn't have
been more pleased.
Except
for crying babies, the flight on Delta went very smoothly
and surprisingly we were served two meals (not bad either!!)
and 3 movies. For some reason Delta called and offered
to change our flight back home from 11pm to 7pm which allowed
us to fly directly to Atlanta (skipping the LA layover - YAY)
and arrive back in BR at 10:30 am. Wonderful change!!
I liked having the tags for our luggage - helped to locate
it at the airport. Also the zippered pouch with all
the info was very
useful!
We
loved being greeted with leis upon our arrival and also the
box of candy in the hotel room was a real treat!
We really enjoyed Waikiki
Parc Hotel. The whole staff was extremely polite
and helpful in all matters. Loved the view from the hotel
room!! The side trips on Oahu and Maui (Pearl Harbor,
sunset cruise, bike ride to the crater, whale watching, and
Lahaina Luau) were fun, and really enjoyable. If transportation
was provided, the pick up place was close to hotel/condo,
drivers polite and knowledgeable.
The
Outrigger
Palms in Maui was spacious and comfortable; grounds were
very attractive. I was also very glad that the bedroom
had AC because the rest of the condo was very warm. We
took advantage of having the grill!!
Thanks
to your staff for all of their help in planning and coordinating
our trip, especially Robin who even though she was recuperating
continued to assist us.

We
really enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. I think in retrospect
we should really have stayed at the Hilton as with a little
baby there was a lot more there for him. We found ourselves
driving over there in the mornings and returning to our hotel
(Hapuna
Prince) for the beach in late afternoon.
All
in all though we had a fantastic time. Hotel great service -comfy
beds- idyllic setting.

Happy New Year!
Boy, do you have the life......I am reading your testimonial
of Fiji in a Public school in the Bronx, NYC. I must admit
the weather here is fantastic for January..I am taking a half
day to go golfing. We took one of your trips to the Princeville
Resort last year, left the night before the dam burst. We
did have 2 wonderful clear days but the Princeville was spectacular.
My friend and I booked a trip to Australia, Fiji, New Zealand
and Tahiti way back in 1973 after I got out of the Army but
the trip never materialized due to a car accident..maybe we
weren't meant to go then, but now you have me thinking of that
trip again.
Happy new year from NYC!
